 Mayfaire Restaurant Offers Mediterranean-inspired Menu with a Variety of Catering Options 

Wilmington, N.C. – June 15, 2010 – Zoës Kitchen, a restaurant featuring a wide variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, will celebrate the opening of its seventh North Carolina location on Tuesday, June 15^th. Zoës Kitchen is located at 1011 International Drive in the Mayfaire Town Center development.

Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, Zoës Kitchen made its mark in the food industry by offering fast-casual dining, catering, and take-home meals.  Zoës Wilmington menu will focus on serving the fresh and flavorful favorites that have made it an extension of many home kitchens, and will also be showcasing entrees and fresh sides that are perfect for dinner.  The new location in Wilmington will offer diners a selection of signature dishes such as shrimp, salmon or chicken kabobs, steak and chicken rollups, fresh hummus and veggie pita pizza. Beer and wine are served as well in the casual, yet upscale ambiance of Zoës.  As always, the focus will be on serving food of exceptional quality and using fresh ingredients prepared daily from original recipes; perfect for busy people who focus on eating well with a little help from a friendly, neighborhood kitchen.

In our new Wilmington store, the ambience and the menu offer an experience that we feel will encourage more folks to relax with us while enjoying their food. At Zoës, customers can dine in or takeout; purchase a variety of fully-prepared Dinners for Four for those hungry families on the go; order side dishes by the pint; and take advantage of catering options, which include box lunches, party trays and catered meals that can be delivered straight to your door.

Zoës Kitchen in Wilmington will open daily at 11 a.m. and will close at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Seating is available for approximately 100 people, with a dining room and an expansive and relaxing outdoor patio.
