Zoës Kitchen Opens Second North Carolina Location in Raleigh

 Restaurant Offers Fresh Menu with a Variety of Catering Options

 

Raleigh, N.C. - September 17, 2009 - Zoës Kitchen, an Alabama-based fast-casual restaurant chain, is celebrating the opening of its newest location on Oberlin Road just south of Wade Avenue in Raleigh on Thursday, September 17. The restaurant offers a menu that includes fresh ingredients incorporated into made-from-scratch, Mediterranean-inspired salads, sandwiches and entrées for lunch and dinner.  In addition, the restaurant also serves hand-made desserts and a selection of beer and wine.

The new location, located at 1028 Oberlin Road, will open daily at 10 a.m. and will close at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Seating is available for approximately 100 people, including a dining room and warm outdoor patio.

"Our always fresh and unique menu selections are what set us apart from other fast-casual restaurants, and we're excited to be able to offer a new option to Raleigh diners," said Greg Dollarhyde, chief executive officer for Zoës Kitchen. Zoës Kitchen offers numerous options for enjoying a meal. Along with dining in, customers can purchase a fully-prepared dinner for four for takeout; order the menu-favorite chicken salad and other salads by the pound; or catering options, including box lunches, party trays and catered meals that can be delivered to your door.
