Founded in Birmingham by Zoë and Marcus Cassimus in 1995, the company owned by son John Cassimus operates 21 total restaurants in 7 states in the Southeast and Southwest United States.  Zoës Kitchen continues to follow a strategically aggressive growth model while maintaining its secret for success by serving homemade food with fresh ingredients.  Zoës Kitchen personifies fresh, tasty, healthy and unique food.

In the event I become a Franchisee, I understand that false or misleading information given in my application or interview(s) may result in termination of my agreement. I understand that I am required to abide by all Zoë's Kitchen U.S.A, Inc. guidelines and regulations. In the even I am offered an opportunity to enter into a contract as a Franchisee, I am willing to take a physical examination where physical condition may impact my performance as a Zoë's Franchisee. I understand that reasonable accommodations will be made where they do not create an undue hardship.
