Founded in Birmingham by Zoë and Marcus Cassimus in 1995, the company owned by son John Cassimus operates 21 total restaurants in 7 states in the Southeast and Southwest United States. Zoës Kitchen continues to follow a strategically aggressive growth model while maintaining its secret for success by serving homemade food with fresh ingredients.
