Since the first Zoës Kitchen opened in 1995 in downtown Birmingham, Alabama, we've experienced steady, double-digit growth across 12 states from Arizona to Virginia. What is it about our 50-plus (and counting!) retail locations that has built an exceptionally loyal following?
Our ingredients are pure and simple. Our Mediterranean-inspired meals are hand-crafted, original recipes from founder Zoe Cassimus. Our menu is loaded with wholesome options that suit our customers' active lifestyles for dine-in, take home and custom Fresh Catering. Our staff is enthusiastic; our environment hospitable. It's a zest for life in all we do.
Our company is built on a philosophy of a balanced lifestyle that includes spending time with family and friends over simple, tasty and freshly-prepared food.
